°. Del registro de arrendadores . Toda persona dedicada al arrendamiento d bienes raíces urbanos ajenos o que se ocupe de tal actividad mediante comisión o cualquier otra forma de remuneración similar, deberá obtener el registro de arrendador. Las personas que tuvieren su domicilio en Bogotá o Cundinamarca deberán registrarse ante la superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; quienes tuvieren su domicilio en otras regiones del país efectuarán este registro ente las Gobernación, Intendencia o Comisaría del lugar; las personas sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria lo harán ante esa entidad. El registro establecido en este artículo se hará sin costo para el interesado.
