Art. 2.° Una vez liquidada i dísuelta la espresada Compañía, el Poder Ejecutivo hará devolver a los Estados, a las Municipalidades i a los particulares, el valor de los instalamentos cubiertos de sus acciones con mas sus intereses no pagados al siete por ciento anual:
