Junta Administradora del Fondo de Fomento de la Educación Superior para los Veteranos. El Fondo de Fomento de la Educación Superior para Veteranos tendrá una Junta Administradora, la cual estará conformada como mínimo por los siguientes miembros: 1. El Viceministro de Defensa del Grupo Social Empresarial del Sector Defensa 'GSED' y Bienestar del Mm1steno de Defensa Nacional o su delegado y el Director de Bienestar Sectorial y Salud o su delegado quienes tendrán voz y voto. 2. El Viceministro de Educación Superior del Ministerio de Educación o su delegado, quien tendrá voz y voto. 3. El Vicepresidente de Fondos del ICETEX o su designado, quien tendrá voz pero no voto.
