Administración de recursos del Sistema de Cuenta Única Nacional. La Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público establecerá para cada entidad o fondo especial a los que se les aplique el presente título, los procedimientos operativos, plazos y flujos de información requeridos para el funcionamiento del Sistema de Cuenta Única Nacional de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 2.3.1.7 del presente título.
