Defínase el 26 de julio como el día del Manglar. Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales, las de Desarrollo Sostenible y Parques Nacionales Naturales que tengan zonas de manglares, convocarán a todas las autoridades locales, incluyendo las Entidades Territoriales, y a la ciudadanía en general, todos los 26 de julio de cada año para evidenciar los avances de los Programas Regionales de Restauración de los Manglares.
