REGIMEN LEGAL APLICABLE. Los organismos cooperativos de grado superior e instituciones auxiliares del cooperativismo de carácter financiero o de seguros, en el ejercicio de la actividad financiera, quedarán sometidos, en lo no previsto en este Decreto, a las disposiciones generales que regulan tal actividad.
