EJECUCION DE LAS DECISIONES DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL. Las decisiones del Consejo Regional serán comunicadas y ejecutadas por el Coordinador Regional, quien para estos efectos adoptará las medidas indispensables y establecerá las relaciones con los distintos organismos y entidades públicas y en especial con el Banco de la República para el manejo del Fondo de Inversiones para el Desarrollo Regional.
