En lo sucesivo el Gobierno apropiará en los Presupuestos de cada año la partida que considere necesaria para fomentar la colonización de los territorios a que se refiere la presente Ley, teniendo en cuenta los resultados que se hayan obtenido y la conveniencia de impulsar dicha colonización.
