Decreto 1470 de 2013 · por medio del cual se reglamenta el Apoyo Académico Especial regulado en la Ley 1384 de 2010 y Ley 1388 de 2010 para la población menor de 18 años.

Iniciación del Apoyo académico especial . El Apoyo Académico Especial se puede iniciar por cualquiera de las siguientes vías

Solicitud presentada por los padres de familia o acudientes del estudiante, en la entidad territorial de origen certificada en educación.

Solicitud presentada por los padres de familia o acudientes del estudiante, en la entidad territorial receptora certificada en educación.

Parágrafo

Las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación regularán el procedimiento para la recepción y trámite de las solicitudes, el cual deberá ser expedito y claro.
