Afiliación. Los pensionados que de conformidad con el artículo 6° de la Ley 71 de 1988 deseen afiliarse a una Caja de Compensación Familiar, tramitarán sus solicitudes en la siguiente forma

Mediante solicitud individual del interesado, presentada a la respectiva entidad.

Solicitud colectiva de la Asociación de Jubilados a la cual pertenezca el pensionado, previa autorización escrita.

Solicitud del empleador o entidad de seguridad social, que tenga a su cargo el pago de las pensiones, previa autorización escrita del interesado.
