Art. 133. Cuando el todo o parte del tabaco vendido para la esportación en los almacenes de depósito, lo quisiere el comprador reducir a cigarros, i no fuere bastante el termino de 30 días para verificar la elaboración y esportarlo, el administrador de tabacos o estanquero respectivo podrá prorogar dicho termino por el tiempo que calcule necesario, siendo sin embargo de cuenta del comprador el gasto de almacenaje que se cause hasta que verifique la esportación.
