Uso de información privilegiada . Los integrantes del Comité Directivo deberán abstenerse de utilizar la información privilegiada para sí o para un tercero que lleguen a conocer en virtud del ejercicio de sus funciones. Para estos efectos, se entiende por información privilegiada aquella definida en el artículo 7.6.1.1.1 del presente decreto, o las disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
