amends decreto 100/80

El artículo 215 del Código Penal, quedará así:

Artículo 245 . Manejo ilícito de microorganismos nocivos . El que ilícitamente manipule, experimente, inocule o propague microorganismos, moléculas, sustancias o elementos nocivos que puedan originar o difundir enfermedad en los recursos fáunicos, forestales, florísticos o hidrobiológicos incurrirá en prisión de uno a seis años y multa de veinte a doscientos salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
