El Gobierno adquirirá no menos de quinientos ejemplares de cada uno de los tomos del libro titulado La Hoya del Amazonas, de que es autor el doctor Daniel Ortega Ricaurte, y los distribuirá a las bibliotecas, entidades científicas, embajadas, legaciones y consulados de la República y a las principales bibliotecas y entidades científicas de América.
