Art. 9.° En las escrituras ó documentos en que se hagan constar promesas de contratos, harán los promitentes la estimación de que habla el artículo anterior, para el efecto de determinar la cuantía del impuesto de registro. Si no la hicieren, se aplicará lo dispuesto en la parte final de dicho artículo.
