A partir del 1º de enero de 1997, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Judiciales I será de: dos millones ciento sesenta y un mil doscientos cuarenta y cinco pesos ($2.161.245) M/Cte. El tréinta por ciento (30%) de esta remuneración se considera prima especial sin carácter salarial, de conformidad con el artículo 14 de la Ley 4º de 1992, aplicable a los jueces de la República.
