º Además de las funciones señaladas al Gerente del Fondo para el Transporte de Bogotá, D. E., en el artículo 9º del Decreto número 1062, se establecen las siguientes

a)

Hacer los nombramientos para proveer los cargos creados por la Junta Administradora del Fondo;

b)

Decidir sobre las solicitudes de las excepciones de que trata el artículo 13 del Decreto número 1258 de 1959.
