Art. 6º Formada la lista de contribuyentes, y firmada por los miembros de la Junta y el Secretario, será fijada en un lugar público el día 20 de Noviembre de cada año, y allí permanecerá hasta el 10 de Diciembre siguiente, tiempo dentro del cual pueden hacer los vecinos las reclamaciones que sean justas.
