La Oficina desarrollará las funciones a ella adscritas, en forma tal que no duplique las actividades adelantadas por otros, organismos del gobierno Nacional, y mantendrá con éstos un intimo contacto y coordinación. Los organismos en cuestión deberán suministrar a la Oficina los datos, informes y estudios que requieran, dando a ellos especial prelación.
