Reforma de la clasificación. El Gobierno podrá adicionar, modificar o suprimir especialidades dentro de la respectiva clasificación general, de acuerdo con las necesidades de las Fuerzas; en estos casos y cuando a ello hubiere lugar, se clasificará a los Oficiales por el Gobierno y a los Suboficiales por los Comandos de Fuerza.
