Art.22. o Para que las cantidades enteradas en razon de multas de infracción de esta lei puedan ser devueltas á los interesados, en el caso de que así lo resuelva el funcionario que las haya exijido, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, se mantendrán en depósito en al oficina respectiva de recaudación hasta que, o bien por haber transcurrido el término fijado para la reclamación sin haberse intentado, o bien por haberse declarado ésta sin lugar, avise el mismo funcionario que quedan definitivamente impuestas.
