°. Medidas transitorias . A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, se contarán seis meses para el proceso de empalme entre el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y el Ministerio del Interior, respecto a las competencias conferidas por la Ley 1145 de 2007 y demás normas pertinentes.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Salud y Protección realizará una rendición de cuentas, elaborará un informe final a la fecha de corte y transferirá todos los archivos y documentos relacionados con el Sistema Nacional de Discapacidad, al momento del traslado de estas competencias al Ministerio del Interior, dentro del término anterior.
