Cuando alguno de los miembros del Órgano Colegiado considere que se encuentra incurso en algún impedimento o conflicto de interés deberá manifestarlo a los demás miembros en el transcurso de la sesión y separarse del conocimiento y deliberación para la toma de decisiones del asunto.
