Autorización previa del arrendador. El suscriptor potencial de un servicio público domiciliario que solicite recibir en un inmueble determinado la prestación de un servicio, deberá obtener la autorización previa del arrendador. Las empresas prestadoras de servicios públicos no podrán prestar el respectivo servicio sin la previa autorización expresa del arrendador.
