conforme las respectivas leyes el ministerio los funcionarios del ministerio o los delegados de aquel y de éstos hacen parte de los consejos superiores de la administración de justicia nacional de inspección criminal nacional de estupefacientes consultivo de la profesión de abogado y nacional carcelario

El ministerio cumple respecto de cada uno de estos organismos las funciones de las disposiciones legales que le señalen.
