Oportunidad para solicitar NIT de los patrimonios autónomos. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el numeral 5º del artículo 102 del Estatuto Tributario y con el fin de cumplir las obligaciones formales de los fideicomisos que administren, las sociedades fiduciarias deberán solicitar a más tardar dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha de publicación del presente decreto el correspondiente NIT. Hasta tanto sea presentada oportunamente la solicitud a que se refiere el inciso anterior serán válidas las declaraciones presentadas de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el inciso primero del artículo 82 de la Ley 488 de 1998.
