Definición De Fondos De Capital Privado

Definición de fondos de capital privado. Se considerarán fondos de capital privado las carteras colectivas cerradas que destinen al menos las dos terceras partes (2/3) de los aportes de sus inversionistas a la adquisición de activos o derechos de contenido económico diferentes a valores inscritos en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores, RNVE.

Parágrafo

Para los efectos de este artículo, las expresiones “cartera colectiva” y “cartera colectiva cerrada” tendrán el significado previsto en los artículos 9° y 13 del presente decreto, respectivamente.
