° El Tribunal Superior ante quien se presente solicitud para obtener matrícula de abogado por la causal que determina el artículo 19 de la Ley 21 de 1931,una vez que haya recibido lodos los comprobantes de que trata el presente Decreto, resolverá el pedimento dentro de diez días en Sala de Acuerdo.
