"ARTICULO 15

"Durante los trabajos de la Comisión, cada uno de los Comisionados recibirá una indemnización cuyo valor se determinará por común acuerdo entre los Gobiernos colombiano y sueco.

"Cada Gobierno cargará con sus propios gastos y con una parte igual de los gastos comunes de la Comisión, comprendiéndose entre tales gasto comunes las indemnizaciones a los comisionados.
