Art. 2.° En la organización, reglamentación y marcha de la Oficina que se establece por el presente Decreto, se observarán las disposiciones pertinentes del Código Fiscal, las de la Ley 111 de 1888, las del Decreto sobre Contabilidad de la Hacienda nacional y las demás que sean aplicables al caso.
