Solicitud

Quien proponga una nulidad lo podrá hacer hasta antes de proferirse el fallo definitivo y deberá determinar la causal que invoca, las razones en que se funda y no podrá formular nueva solicitud de nulidad sino por causal diferente o por hechos posteriores. El funcionario competente resolverá la solicitud de la nulidad, a más tardar dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de su recibo.
