Certificación víctimas Rrom o Gitanos. Para los efectos del presente decreto, las autoridades Rrom, organizaciones Rrom, representantes respectivas son las competentes para expedir certificaciones en el evento que sean solicitadas por las instituciones competentes de la atención, asistencia y reparación integral y restitución de tierras de las víctimas Rrom o Gitanas.
