Para sueldos del personal y alimentación de alumnas y empleadas internas de la Escuela Normal de Rurales de Popayán, se distribuyen las siguientes partidas apropiadas en el Presupuesto Nacional vigente, así:

artículo 892. Para sueldos del personal, en enero:

Para sueldos en once (11) meses, de febrero a diciembre, así:

Capitulo 63, artículo 893. Para alimentación, en nueve meses y medio (9 1/2) del 1 de enero al 15 de julio, y de octubre a diciembre, así:
