LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1.2.1.5.20.Control Posterior. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) podrá ejercer las facultades de fiscalización establecidas en el artículo 684 del Estatuto Tributario y demás normas concordantes, a fin de verificar que se cumplan las disposiciones del presente capítulo y en general las obligaciones tributarias por parte de los contribuyentes sometidos al régimen tributario especial.
