De acuerdo con el artículo 856 del Código Militar, concédase á la Sra. Ángela Ibarra de Peñalver, madre del Capitán Juan Peñalver, y á la viuda del mismo, Sra. Francisca Parra de Peñalver, por una sola vez, la recompensa de quinientos pesos ($ 500) á cada una que les será pagada íntegramente en moneda legal.
