En el caso de que el renuente de las normas o tratamientos impuestos por esta Ley, o la persona de que él dependa tuviere medios económicos, la resistencia será castigada con multa de cinco a treinta pesos, multas que aumentarán progresivamente doblándose por lo menos en cada reincidencia. El funcionario graduará la pena teniendo en cuenta la capacidad económica del sancionado.
