Señálase al término de diez y ocho meses, contados desde la promulgación de la presente Ley, para que con arreglo a sus disposiciones, sean reconocidos los ceses militares de la guerra de 1899, que hasta la fecha no lo hayan sido, y que reúnan las condiciones legales.
