El Ministerio de Justicia prestará, por intermedio del Instituto de Medicina Legal, el servicio de policlínica en los Juzgados Permanentes, con el objeto de que allí se presten los primeros auxilios, se hagan reconocimientos médico-legales de urgencia, y se garantice el fiel cumplimiento del servicio médico-legal. Los médicos practicantes y enfermeros formarán parte del personal del Instituto de Medicina Legal que debe actuar en coordinación permanente con las autoridades del país.
