° . Expensas por el trámite y expedición de licencias. Los curadores urbanos cobrarán expensas, que incluyen el estudio, la tramitación y expedición de las siguientes licencias

Licencia de urbanismo.

Licencia de construcción. A las licencias se asimilan los permisos de demolición, refacción, remodelación y ampliación de inmuebles.
