Allanamiento de templos y edificios públicos. Para proceder al allanamiento de templos, edificios en que funcione alguna autoridad pública, cuarteles, naves, aeronaves, instalaciones militares o de Policía, o edificaciones del Estado, el funcionario lo comunicará a la persona a cuyo cargo estuvieren. Pero no podrá practicarse en templos mientras se realizan oficios religiosos, ni cuando el lugar constituya secreto militar refe rente a la seguridad del Estado. En este último caso debe mediar autorización del Gobierno Nacional.
