Adiciónese un parágrafo al artículo 79 de la Ley 115 de 1994 : Plan de estudios, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

En desarrollo de su autonomía, los establecimientos educativos adecuarán sus Proyectos Educativos Institucionales para el cumplimiento de lo preceptuado en esta ley, en relación con la enseñanza de la historia de Colombia como disciplina integrada en los lineamientos curriculares de las Ciencias Sociales, que elabore el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
