Las entregas de que trata este decreto se harán sin oir oposicion alguna. Los derechos que se tengan o crean tenerse a los terrenos que se entreguen conforme a este decreto, se harán valer ante los Juzgados i Tribunales de la República con arreglo a las leyes.
