Autorízase al Director Nacional de Higiene y Asistencia Pública para de que la partida asignada al Artículo 362, Capitulo 55 de la Ley 77 de 1930 , tome la cantidad necesaria, a su juicio, para atender a los gastos de material e imprevistos del Departamento, y para atender dentro de las partidas de material parad los Lazareto tome la necesaria para atender a los útiles de escritorio y material de la Dirección General de Lazaretos.
