La Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de Oficiales, continuará funcionando de conformidad con las disposiciones que la rigen, inclusive las que se refieren a subvención nacional y pago de las diferencias, cuando cuotas y subvención no alcancen a cubrir los gastos por concepto de sueldos de retiro y demás prestaciones que le corresponden.
