º Las empresas de servicio público de transporte municipal deberán remitir al Comité Regional de la respectiva localidad, antes de las 12:00 horas del día miércoles veintiséis (26) de octubre de 1988, una lista del parque automotor de la empresa, indicando el nombre y dirección de los propietarios, poseedores o tenedores de los vehículos, así como el nombre y dirección de todos los conductores que laboran en la respectiva empresa.
