Artículo primero. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, los Centros Regionales de Capacitación del Instituto Colombiano de Construcciones Escolares –ICCE, se integrarán de conformidad con el Decreto 3153 de 1968 al Instituto Colombiano de Pedagogía –ICOLPE.
