Todos los empleados que funcionen como Inspectores o Visitadores, cualquiera que sea el ramo en que funcionen, tienen obligación de enviar semestralmente un informe detallado sobre lo de su cargo a la Oficina Central del ramo.

Parágrafo

En la misma obligación con respecto a las Juntas departamentales, quedan los fiscales, los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos, los Administradores de Aduanas y Salinas y los demás empleados que la Oficina Central determine.
