Personal privado. En caso de que el Cónsul Honorario requiera contratar personal para prestar servicios en la Oficina Consular Honoraria, dicho personal no tendrá ninguna relación laboral ni de subordinación o dependencia con el Ministerio de Relaciones, siendo los pagos y demás obligaciones a las que dicho personal tenga derecho, responsabilidad exclusiva del cónsul honorario.
