Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte. Tiene por objeto ejercer las funciones de inspección, control y vigilancia que le corresponden al Presidente de la República como Suprema Autoridad Administrativa, en materia de puertos de conformidad con la Ley 01 de 1991 y en materia de tránsito, transporte y su infraestructura.
