Prórroga Automática Del Contrato

Si se pacta un período determinado de duración del contrato y el usuario no restituye la llave a su vencimiento, el establecimiento bancario tendrá derecho a considerar prorrogado el contrato por un período igual.

Salvo estipulación en contrario, si el establecimiento bancario recibe con posterioridad al vencimiento del contrato el pago del precio del mismo, se entenderá que conviene en dicha prórroga.
